Accreditations

Chelton's design procedures are approved by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) for equipment approval application to European Technical Standard Orders (ETSO). Many products already hold this approval with some having UK CAA Equipment Approval for solely UK use. Manufacturing is carried out in accordance with the requirements of EASA Part 21 G Production Organisation Approval with maintenance and repairs controlled by EASA Part 145. In addition, Chelton is registered to AS9100 and ISO 9001 as well as being approved by a number of aircraft OEMs and equipment installers. Chelton is also the first British company to have achieved TSO's (Technical Standing Orders) for antennas under the FAA FAR 21 Sub-Part O requirements.
